A couple of years ago, my classmate from high school, Janice
Javier, joined The Voice of the Philippines; a reality show which is part of
The Voice franchise. As a blogger, I was invited at her blogcon at
MCA/Universal Records when she released an album and promoting her first
concert.
She wasn’t expecting to see me and she was surprised that
during Q&A, she asked us, “Is that Vincent? How are you? Didn’t expect to
see you here of all the places.” It was also recorded on video by some fellow
bloggers and they were surprised by this revelation.
Recently, she was rushed in the hospital due to Sepsis.
Sepsis is life threatening when chemicals are released in the blood stream.
Friends and colleagues are now organizing a benefit show for her hospital
treatment.
It will be held on July 18 at Aby Bistro at Five E-Com
Center, MOA Complex, Pasay City and Historia in Sgt. Esguerra, Quezon City on
July 30. Tickets are available at the mentioned venues also at Fyre Rooftop
Lounge, 5060 P. Burgos cor Guerrero sts., Poblacion, Makati and Kreativo
Koncepto, Inc., PMJ Building 1860 Coungco cor.
Evangelista sts., Pio del Pilar, Makati.
Tickets are at P500 each.
